This is my Uncle Jimmy. He was a Dallas Stars fan but then when Eddy Belfour left the Stars he kind-of wasn't a fan anymore. Well isn't he missing Out!!!

The "CT SMOOTHIE"!

Well I would like to share a fruit smoothie that I created today. Here are the ingredients:

Well get whatever milk you would like to use and fill it up to the circled spot in the pictures above.
Than just put in,

Apples cut up really good,
a peeled orange
half of a yogurt container
Watermelon Jell-o (optional)half of container
half of a banana
Just a few raisins and
1 seedless cherry.

I was thinking. (AGAIN)

Why doesn't anyone appreciate these 2 kinds of milk. I drink the rice milk because I really can't have regular milk. Well think about it, so many people think that men can't drink soy milk because of the soy estugen in it. (don't mind my spelling on that bean). Well anyway I did a research on it with Russell for Pastor and we both found out that the milk is fine for men and women. Well think about it!
